Fortitude Mental Health Services works primarily on a fee-for-service model to ensure maximum client privacy, personalized treatment planning, and freedom from insurance constraints. However, we provide monthly itemized Superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential Out-of-Network (OON) reimbursement.
Therapy duration varies based on your specific goals and needs. Some clients experience significant breakthrough in 8-12 targeted sessions focusing on specific coping skills, while others prefer ongoing bi-weekly or monthly sessions for continuous personal development and resilience.
We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that session time to other clients in need. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a standard fee.
